DESCRIPTION
Chest protector certified according to the Pr-En 1621.3 level 1 standard, Double Chest for men is made with an ergonomically wavy front plate specifically designed to ensure controlled dispersion of energy. The internal core of the protector is made of Crash Absorb® specially shaped with a view to maximum energy absorption, while the Carezza material is used in contact with the skin, which together with the precisely positioned padding ensures maximum comfort.

I ordered this double chest protection from Motostorm to fit in my Dainese Racing C1 jacket. It fits perfectly in the front individual pockets and it is very comfortable. Good quality product from Dainese. The only cons I have was the smell. From the package, it smells like it was in a boat dock for decades! Febreeze and riding get rid of the smell. Yes, the Dainese L2 Chest, which is simply the Double Chest in singular form, has the CE Level 2 rating over this, but that's simply because the only area where this doesn't cover is the zipper gaffing. Other than that, which in itself is essentiality a one-in-a-million chance of failing (due to how closer the chest protectors sit next to each other), this is about as good as it gets. Solid breathability, not much of an issue with movements and no imparity in that sense, plus the added mobility of not having a singular thorax piece sticking out of a pocket only being held by a mere sprung mesh net, makes this another premier piece of kit.
