CE certified internal protector developed to be inserted inside the suits. Back Warrior Z53 is a personal protective equipment based on the requirements of EC Directive EN 1621-2:2014. Certified to appear from 157cm to 193cm according to current legislation, this protector covers all the body areas provided, and therefore suitable for use within the above measures. The protector has a multilayer composition: The first layer has the function of distributing the impact, the second and third layers, in PE with variable density, progressively absorb the collision energy. The thermoforming process with which the cubes visible on the internal and external parts of the protector are obtained allows to increase the impact resistance by 20% compared to a normal flat surface. The protector is also characterized by high abrasion resistance.


To promote comfort, an innovative ducting system, located in the internal area of the protector, promotes air circulation, ensuring excellent thermal comfort conditions. Finally, the transverse tapering ensures great freedom of movement in motorcycle riding. Measurements:H 50cm - L 33cm.
