SEESOFT™ CE-level 2 non-temperature sensitive back protector for all REV'IT! jackets
The CE Level 2 approved SEESOFT™ back protector insert is designed to absorb impacts of varying intensity without compromising comfort, ventilation or freedom of movement. The nitrile and polynorbornene rubber blend is highly impact resistant and forms a memory sponge that is multi-impact rated and CE certified at the highest level (EN1621-2:2014 – level 2).
In the event of a severe angular impact, the individual layers of memory foam will slide together, causing the forces of the impact to be dispersed over a larger area and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back.
Applying a multiple level concept, REV'IT! has developed a flexible back protector insert that has consistent performance in all conditions.

This is the type of purchase that you should not think about. Just buy it and always ride with it. I promise you if you ever go down with it you will not be questioning if it was worth your money. I added it to my Rev'it Blake jacket and did not notice any added bulk or discomfort. This back protector is more of a dense layered foam rather than the honeycomb gel substance that Rev'it uses for elbows, shoulders, knees, etc. As far as I am concerned there are only positives in buying this product.
