I've only had the boots for a few months, but so far they are extremely comfortable and surprisingly breathable. I like the changes made to the buckle from the original Sidi Canyon, with the Canyon 2 it is just a simple buckle instead of the ratcheting kind. The only downside is that the Canyon 2 is not made of full-grain leather, instead Sidi decided to use their microfiber. I hope it holds up.

I've used this boot since 2010. They have updated the bucket system on my new pair, but the fit and finish are still top-notch and what you'd expect from SIDI. The biggest benefit to this boot is once they are broken in, they are incredibly comfortable and you can spend all day in them, both riding and walking. I would recommend wearing good moisture-wicking socks as they do get a bit hot in the summer months. Apart from that, the sole is just like a normal work boot and can be re-soled by a cobbler when you need it.

I have been using this boot for 3 years. Boot fits true to size. Is very comfortable after adding insole. Breaks in quickly. Waterproof in torrential downpours. Boot Is holding up very well. Ratchet strap + velcro is a winning combination.
