The Supertech M10/M8 visor features a release mechanism designed to avoid the inherent weak points of other anchoring systems. Maintaining the integrity of the shell is vital for safety, and with the possibility of multidirectional forces impacting the visor, separation at the critical load point reduces leverage and potentially harmful rotational accelerations that can cause injuries to the rider's neck and spine.
