TRACK-1 is the brand new full-face SUOMY helmet of the latest generation made of TRICARBOCO (carbon-aramid fibers-glass fibers) with dynamic and high-performance shapes, developed and optimized in a wind tunnel to achieve the best performance and comfort for use on track and road. The interiors are made with the best technologies to ensure reliability, comfort, and safety. The typical performances of the racing world meet those of touring-sport to create an eclectic helmet, with technical solutions suitable for any route.

The shell is made of TRICARBOCO material, now even lighter. The new composite is a mix of carbon fiber with various weights/breaking loads, aramid fibers, and glass fiber that allows for a very light but at the same time impact-resistant shell. To meet the needs of the most demanding motorcyclist, TRACK-1 is made in two different shells (M and L).

The internal protective polystyrene is made in 3 sizes (S, M, and L) to offer optimal ergonomics. Designed in 4 different densities, it allows for a gradual and progressive absorption of the impact force generated by a collision. Although most of the energy from an impact is absorbed by the external protective shell through its deformation, the role of polystyrene is crucial for absorbing the residual energy. A diversified density of the polystyrene itself allows for optimizing the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene complex, ensuring the maximum degree of absorption in all areas of the helmet.

The visor is made of injection-molded polycarbonate in optical class 1 with a variable thickness from 2 to 3.5 mm and anti-scratch treatment. The visor is equipped with a side lock for better stability and is easily removable, thanks to a practical mechanism, without the use of tools.

TRACK-1 is equipped with a PINLOCK® Max Vision 70 anti-fog device.

The internal protective polystyrene has been designed to work in symbiosis with the 3 air intakes on the shell. The particular grooves, obtained on the polystyrene, allow the incoming airflow optimal ventilation inside the helmet and, at the same time, a quick discharge of hot air flows out guaranteed by the exclusive air extractors placed in the rear spoiler.

The interiors and the comfort cheek pads are removable, washable, and replaceable. They are made of precious hydrocool bi-elastic fabric with specific fibers that offer the following characteristics:
- Rapid body moisture drainage
- Maintenance of optimal temperature
- Lightweight, soft, and breathable fabric
The cheek pads have a predisposition for Bluetooth earphones.
The cheek pads have a quick removal system in case of emergency.

The retention system is the now reliable and tested "D-RING" with double rings in light alloy.
