After having many Arai RX7(v) helmets, which fit perfect to me in Size L, I thought other helmets would never be an option until I tried the AGV Pista GP RR on. The (same) size is ML there and reads 59-60cm, the same as Arai size L. The fit is very good and it seems as if you have some more room and also (a broader) view than with the Arai. The opening (and closing) of the visor is with a button on the front which does not always work very inuitive so you have to try a few times to get it open and closed and the part on the vizor to lock it, is kind of fragile (but it is replacable), so I had it broken off after some time. There are rubber parts on the outside you can take out to get more airflow, but they are small so pay attention on where you save them. The spoiler on the back is also improved for better airflow, less wind resistance on high speeds, but also fragile with a crash (but again replacable, and it saved my helmet one time from being damaged with a crash). The helmet is prepared to get the drinking system of Dainese included and again the fit is very good, way better than expected. I still went back to Arai for the new helmet because I like the designs better, but that is personal. The Pista GP RR is one of the best helmets you can buy. Great price at Motostorm. it.

I've had this helmet for about over a year now and it's definitely worth every penny if you can get it. Pro's: Lightweight, aerodynamic, gorgeous, can use camelback, came with extra visor and camelback attachments, helmet bag Con's: Loud (wear earplugs), expensive, visor hinges are delicate (I broke half of the hinge somehow, still holds my visor but can't find replacement parts), iridium color faded over time, used to be very purple/blueish, you can still see the iridium but it's not as vibrant.

This is the last helmet I will ever use. I’ve had many other helmets for both street and track and nothing has felt as nice as the pista gp rr. I won’t go back. It fits very well, it is exceptionally lightweight, and it feels incredible.
