Minimizing aerodynamic drag and ensuring optimal aerodynamic stability, air management outside and inside the helmet, and a comfortable and customizable fit, the S-R10 model enhances the overall racing and sports riding experience. The Supertech R10 is Alpinestars' ultimate racing helmet.

Designed to Perform and Protect

Optimized chin bar design for maximum collarbone protection. In addition to the shell optimized for aerodynamic performance and resistance, it is also designed with a recess in the collarbone area to soften any contact with the body. The chin bar is designed to be lightweight and robust, protecting the rider's chin.

Multi-layer composite construction bonded with advanced epoxy resin to maximize strength and the ratio between mechanical performance and weight.

The internal and external design and material densities are optimized for maximum protection against linear and oblique impacts.

The lower shell profile is designed to protect the rider's collarbone in case of severe impact.

Helmet shape developed to improve aerodynamic efficiency and stability.

The Race spoiler and winglets further reduce air resistance by 4.54%.

The aerodynamic spoiler features a patented release system, also used on the Alpinestars S-M10 motocross helmet visor, with elastic joints that help the spoiler detach from the helmet shell if subjected to significant impact, regardless of the angle. 2 spoilers available: Road (standard) and Race - with a more drastic aerodynamic effect.

The side fins support stability and improve aerodynamic resistance. The S-R10 helmet is equipped with turbulators on the visor to improve aero-acoustic performance.

220° lateral vision and 57° vertical vision

Lowered visor profile on the sides for maximum lateral vision in the riding position.

Maximum Vision

Lowered visor profile and head position are maximized for maximum vision and riding comfort. The side line is lowered for lateral vision in any position.

Visor Construction

The visor is equipped with pins for attaching a Pinlock 120XLT 100% Max Vision lens. It is also equipped with pins for attaching tear-off films.

ECE 2206 Approved

Optical Class 1 Visor

The visor mechanism is equipped with metal locking levers to prevent unwanted visor opening during impacts, locked in the closed position by a front metal hook. The kinematic movement is designed to perfectly seal the visor against the rubber seal of the helmet shell window, staying away from the shell when opening. The quick-release system allows for fast and easy visor replacement without tools.

11 Air Intakes

Chin Ventilation

The chin air intake is formed by two openings located at the front of the helmet on the sides of the visor locking mechanism. Each opening has a tab at the corner, used to open or close the air intake. The air entering from this point will be channeled towards the inside of the visor, creating a laminar airflow that effectively prevents fogging and condensation.

Chin Bar Air Intakes

These are used to expel moist air outside the helmet.

Upper Ventilation

The large central slider channels air to the top of the head for better comfort. This, in turn, when open, is equipped with air intakes for extracting hot air from the rider's forehead.

Rear Spoiler

Under the rear spoiler, there are two air outlets for effective hot air extraction.

EPS Protection

EPS foam designed to distribute impact absorption properties exactly where needed.

The EPS is equipped with the patented A-Head height and angle adjustment system, developed by Alpinestars and originally used with great success in the S-M10 motocross helmet, to allow for precise product adjustment according to the rider's preferences regarding the height and angle at which the helmet sits on the head.
