This does fit the bike. This is a substantial unit and it is very steady, it doesn't shake around or anything. . I would recommend purchasing this. Install is not too difficult. I paired this with Givi TMT8206 Side Pannier Holder and they both fit. Only trouble is Givi has a limited selection of luggage to fit these racks.

The Moto Guzzi V7 Stone has gone through a few changes in the last couple of years, and if you're not paying close attention, it'll come back to bite you. I bought a different rack on Amazon. It didn't fit, despite the description saying it would. THIS rack, the SR8260, does indeed fit my 2021 V7 Stone. I'm happy with the purchase - I just needed something that works, and this does the job nicely.
