These cases seemed well made and mounted up well to my Monokey rack. They are not aluminum skinned but plastic painted to look like aluminum, in my opinion they looked great. My only gripe is they are not watertight, after riding in the rain I always found a very small amount of water/moisture in them. They did come keyed alike with extra keys and cores which is very nice. After a year of use they showed little to no wear and still worked great. I don’t know how they would do in a drop as I never dropped them. The size was the perfect compliment to my CB500X. (Posted on 03/01/2024)Overall
