These are fine side cases, and are an improvement over the traditional side-opening boxes of the past. They allow top-loading to a degree, and open fully if you were to lay it on a suitcase rack in a hotel. They still have a lot of plastic, and I can't comment on their durability. I'd buy again.

I already brought this item and it was very nice. It's a hard case that will last long and iys also a water proof case. I enjoy using this case for my adventure ride with my wife here in philippines
