Light Unit, thanks to the latest generation SMD LED technology, ensures high luminous intensity, representing one of the smallest options in its category while still complying with European homologation standards.

A rational design that, in very small dimensions, contains everything necessary to perfectly fulfill its function. In Light Unit, the light beam develops longitudinally to the mounting point of the indicator itself (instead of at 90°, as is more commonly the case with other indicators), increasing the ease of application and mounting possibilities.

Therefore, Light Unit represents a new and innovative concept for Rizoma direction indicators, a lighting signaling device that can be effectively mounted in a variety of configurations according to the specific needs of the user, without sacrificing aesthetics, and which makes these advantages the cornerstones of its patent.

For the installation of direction indicators, a wiring kit is required.

In motorcycles equipped with a control light on the instrumentation (only BMW R nine T models from 2017 onwards), to avoid the activation of the control light or incorrect flashing frequency, we recommend installing the EE149H resistor kit (3 W – 38 Ω) connected in parallel to the Rizoma indicators.

The installation of the Light Unit indicator provides different options.

FRONT POSITION

- In OEM configuration with mounting kit for Rizoma front indicators in combination with FR440B technopolymer support.

- On Side Mount type rearview mirrors with dedicated mounting kit FR443B.

- On the fairing, through FR444B adhesive mounting kit, positioning the indicators in compliance with current regulations.

REAR POSITION

- In OEM configuration with mounting kit for Rizoma rear indicators in combination with FR440B technopolymer support.

- On Rizoma license plate holder, which already contains adapters for rear indicators, in combination with FR440B technopolymer support (to be purchased separately).

- Through FR444B adhesive mounting kit, positioning the indicators in compliance with current regulations.

The installation of Light Unit, both in front and rear configuration, always requires appropriate wiring for the installation of the Rizoma indicator on your motorcycle. Wiring kits are to be purchased separately.
