I initially bought the OEM mount, but then I saw this. This is much lighter and easier to install. This mount also has a cleaner look than the OEM mount. I returned the OEM mount and am using the givi mount and am much happier with it.

The brackets are very sturdy and simple to install. The holes and screws lined up perfectly on the bike and the top case plate. Highly recommend over the stock top case setup. For the price difference you can't beat it.
