I have both separate top and bottom Tide Tech Winter pieces (although they are available in a one-piece) because they are easier to get into separately. I wear these under my leathers as a base layer, which helps wick any sweat away and allowing me to slide in and out of my leathers easily. I got the winter version because I typically ride higher elevations in the mountains, which are cool even in the middle of summer. Riding in warmer areas I haven't notice any issues with heat even though they are designed for cooler temps. I typically wear a medium, and although most Alpinestars clothing runs small, it is tight but not uncomfortable.(Posted on 12/06/2019)Overall
