Added this upgraded CE pad to my Sand 2 jacket. Fits the jacket well (be sure to order the correct size). I don't find it cumbersome. Hope I never need to use it, but if I do, I'll be glad I upgraded!(Posted on 23/05/2016)Overall

This is the type of purchase that you should not think about. Just buy it and always ride with it. I promise you if you ever go down with it you will not be questioning if it was worth your money. I added it to my Rev'it Blake jacket and did not notice any added bulk or discomfort. This back protector is more of a dense layered foam rather than the honeycomb gel substance that Rev'it uses for elbows, shoulders, knees, etc. As far as I am concerned there are only positives in buying this product.
