So this is an amazing tank bag. I happened to have a friend that let me borrow his motorcycle and he had the tank clip and the Givi Xs307 tank lock tank bag. It easy to install and removal is a blink. I did notice that the stap to connect around front fork was shorter on long tanks, but using a little ingenuity you can just buy a small strap as a extra piece to connect. As a new owner of a Triumph Tiger Xcx, I needed something to carry a few necessities. I previously owned a Cortech Dryver, and knew that I wanted something similar as Cortech didn't make the tank adapter for Triumph. The Givi bag is well made, meets my criteria of keeping off the tank, and has no magnets or straps. The only downside for the Tiger is that in the ideal position the bag sets over the key slightly. I had one and lost it somewhere. Thankfully it was during a move so nothing was in it, but it was such a useful little bag for quick trips when you don't want to take cases. Keys, phone, extra battery packs, some water things like that. It was so nice to use I am considering replacing it with a larger versions.(Posted on 08/05/2017)Overall

This was my first tank bag and it did exactly what I needed. I didn't want a bag that would be in contact with my paint and it needed to have a quick release. Only negative to me is the draw bag type liner...just a minor bug for me. Will be buying again.(Posted on 02/06/2017)Overall

Great quality. Requires the specific bike tank flange to install. Gone or the days of magnetic tank bag that scratch your paintwork. Suitable for a medium distance tour. Ability to expand allows some extra space which is ever helpful. Includes a rain cover as well but for normal showers, it is quite resistant to outside moisture. (Posted on 14/11/2017)Overall

It's a little too tall so if my phone is in it, it can be a little hard to see the GPS. Also can't touch screen through plastic like some bags. Sort of bulky and reduces ability to mount GPS or phone mount. Still, very practical and convenient to keep phone, keys and wallet out of my pockets when riding. This is the second Givi Tank Lock bag I've had. The material and workmanship are outstanding; but, more importantly, these are some of the most functional pieces of luggage one can have. I use it daily, whether commuting or on a long trip. I consider it indispensable kit. The tank lock system is simply genius. Simply put, these tank bags are fantastic, and they mount/dismount so easily. They're great for packing in personal items, and have a window for maps/phones. Touchscreens even work through it, so that's a plus for a quick stop to regain your bearings or check a message.(Posted on 31/07/2019)Overall

Disappointed with the zippers used on the XS307 as they simply are not durable. I had two 307's and both failed with the microfine top zipper tape coming apart from the bag. On one of the two bags even the barely used side compartment zipper disconnected. My first bag lasted under a year and the second a bit over a year and I am primarily a weekend rider. If they could bump up the zipper quality it would be a winner otherwise my next bag will be a sw-motech or other YKK style zippered bag. I have contacted the Nevada based warranty repair center several times and have not been able to get an RMA for repair - probably shutdown due to Covid but my first attempt was November of last year before the virus hit.(Posted on 22/07/2020)Overall
