Overall

The plastic material is thicker and more heavy duty than I expected. The coverage is very good, except that the left side engine case is exposed. I've dropped the bike on the left side once since installing this skid plate and got a deep scratch on the left side case. The installation is a little bit tricky. Every single bolt must be lined up perfectly, and if any bolts are started more than just a few threads it is difficult to get other bolts started. Otherwise, this is a great product!(Posted on 29/09/2023)

I think it's one of the best because it can slide on rocks and other objects and only a plastic can do that, of course it's 2. 9kg, which you wouldn't call light but it seems quite durable, it will be seen if it's anointed of course.(Posted on 19/11/2023)

Overall

This skid plate form AXp has the most protection for my 2023 Yamaha Tenere 700. I have AXP on all of my bikes and they hold up great IT is a lot quieter than the aluminum skid plates, and is stronger.(Posted on 11/12/2023)

Light weight and high impact resistance. Better than heavy steal alternatives. I recommend. Be aware that you buy the right one. Look at EURO 4 or EURO 5 versions. This need te matcht your Tenere 700 building year.(Posted on 30/03/2024)
