I purchased this model specifically because I wanted the most flush-mounted racks while still leaving the 'gap' on the non-exhaust side so that I could place a tool tube there. Installation was easy enough, definitely needed an extra hand, but nothing that couldn't be accomplished by the average home mechanic. I've tipped the bike over with them and have had no problem with the structural integrity, so I think they'll last. (Escrito el 28/3/2018)

A doddle to fit on my 2005 DL650. Bolts onto rear footpeg mounts, under the tail rack and rear rail feeds behind number plate. Locking pins are easily replaceable if you crash. Adds negligible width to rear end of bike!
Have some narrow cases that stay on most days but I doubt there would be issues fitting larger boxes. Even my massive 47L monokey top box will bolt onto this! (Escrito el 08/5/2021)
