Built in Holland where, on the characteristics of soils, have gained significant experience in the field.
As you know, 4-stroke engines can have a flashback from aspiration that could reach up to the air filter and igniting it. To work around this problem, the builders install a retina hiders prior filter, but this invalidates the performance!
POLIAIR filters are constructed with a special self extinguishing material to allow the Elimination of the retina hiders, increasing engine performance!

Does the trick

I change this out with every oil change. My mechanic rides a DRZ400S too and he changes it almost every time he rides (in dusty conditions). That seems a bit overkill as the filter seems to hold up quite nicely. No complaints here!
