The Acerbis Airstrike-X is the new top-of-the-range offroad helmet that aims to be the benchmark in its category, thanks to its lightness, safety, comfort, technical features, and a complete kit of included accessories. It is a completely new and highly performing product, the result of the great work of the R&D team together with Acerbis testers and riders. The outer shell, made of composite fiber, is available in two sizes, as are the inner EPS shells and is compatible with all modern Neck Brace neck guards. Its design is objectively spectacular and manages to blend, with a unique style, the European and American design schools. Every detail has been optimized and studied to offer maximum performance and practicality in use during races and training. An example of this are the air intakes screwed to the shell, which can therefore be removed for cleaning and regular maintenance. The peak is also attached to the shell without screws for maximum practicality, resulting in an extremely attractive design with very "clean" lines. The shell design is also designed to allow correct positioning of the mask strap and, in the part in contact with the strap, the helmet seal is of a larger section to maximize grip. To conclude, the front opening of the helmet is designed to ensure a wider field of vision, but also to make the Airstrike-C compatible with all large masks. Attention to detail we said: the double D ring fastening, made of red ergal, helps to minimize weight. The new Acerbis helmet is ideal for all off-road practices and will also amaze you with its new removable, hypoallergenic, breathable and washable interiors. Soft touch fabrics have been used, which are distinguished by their great ability to evacuate moisture. The cap boasts the new A.C.S. (Acerbis Comfort System) which, thanks to elastic bands and small rubber suction cups, allows for a more comfortable fit and the creation of a thin gap between the cap and the shell. All this to ensure maximum comfort and increased ventilation in the upper part of the helmet. Ventilation is guaranteed by 4 air intakes and 6 extractors. The cheek pads also have a new attachment system for easy removal and silicone logos have been provided on the padding to easily identify the cheek pad release points. To complete the safety equipment, there is also the Quick Release System, or the quick release system in case of emergency. The new top-of-the-range Acerbis helmet surprises with its features but also with its equipment: together with the helmet, the support for action cam and the peak extension for greater protection from sun, water, mud and a spare screw kit are provided. The Airstrike-C stops the scale needle at 1150+-50 gr, placing itself among the lightest top-of-the-range ECE 2206 helmets on the market.
