TRIP is the first FLIP-BACK from Caberg with a reversible chin guard thanks to a single rotation pivot. ECE 22.06 P/J approved (meaning both as a full-face with closed chin guard and as a jet with open chin guard). TRIP is equipped with the electronic device inside the helmet, CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID, which allows the helmet owner to enter their personal, medical data and emergency contacts.

Compared to other modular/openable models, the chin guard does not remain in the high position of the shell but rotates 180° to the back of the shell itself. ECE 22.06 P/J approved (meaning both as a full-face with closed chin guard and as a jet with open chin guard) to meet the needs of motorcyclists who want to tour wearing a very usable helmet. The chin guard of the TRIP opens and closes with one hand, and to avoid accidental closures, when open, it can be locked with the P/J lever located on the right side of the shell.
Ventilation is guaranteed by a large adjustable air intake on the top of the shell, two air extractors on the back of the shell, and a large chin vent, as well as the presence of channels in the internal shell to bring air evenly inside the helmet.
The external visor is scratch-resistant with Pinlock 70 Max Vision lens included in the package to prevent fogging, while the sun visor, also scratch-resistant, is very long and covering to allow traveling protected even with the chin guard open, both with the transparent visor lowered or raised. Available as replacement visors, in addition to the transparent one, are the dark and silver mirrored visors.
Like the DRIFT EVO II, TANAMI, GP01 models, the TRIP is also equipped with the electronic device inside the helmet, CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID, which allows the helmet owner to enter their personal, medical data and emergency contacts through the mobile phone and the NFC technology that all phones are equipped with. In case of need, another person or a rescuer can help the motorcyclist in difficulty simply by bringing their phone close to the CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID logo on the helmet, viewing the medical information, and sending an SMS with the motorcyclist's location to the emergency contacts.
The interiors are made with breathable and hypoallergenic fabrics, completely removable and washable, the cheeks are shaped at the top to facilitate the entry of prescription or sunglasses. The strap buckle is micrometric closure.
TRIP is prepared for the housing of the Caberg Pro Speak EVO communicator, which allows communication with your mobile phone, with the passenger, and offers the bike-to-bike solution up to 200 meters, you can also connect it to a GPS and listen to music through the phone or an Mp3 player. To ensure maximum safety, TRIP has passed all the tests required by the ECE 22.06 standard even with the communicator mounted inside the helmet.
The monochrome versions of the TRIP are matte black, matte silver, and glossy white, while the TRIP LUNAR graphic version is offered in three color combinations with glossy and matte finish.
