The Outstar S is an open face smart helmet packed with Sena’s proven communication technology. The ECE-rated Outstar S is ready to use out of the box, no installation necessary. Whether you’re looking to communicate with other riders, or pair your smartphone to hear turn-by-turn GPS directions, the Outstar S offers convenient features to take your ride to the next level.

The Outstar S is ECE-rated and stays securely in place with a sleek micro ratchet chin strap. The Outstar S offers a face shield and a retractable sun visor for added comfort while riding in direct sunlight. The helmet’s ventilation system allows for rider comfort with two top vents as well as two exhaust vents. The Outstar S features a sleek 3-button control on the left-hand side of the helmet for convenient adjustments while riding a scooter or motorcycle.

The Bluetooth 5.0-enabled Outstar S allows users to easily communicate with riding partners from helmet to helmet over an integrated 4-way Bluetooth intercom system.Thanks to Advanced Noise Control™, wind and ambient riding noise is reduced, resulting in less audio interference on the intercom.The Outstar S has an intercom range of up to 900 m (0.56 mi) and a talk time of 12 hours. When connecting to just one other rider, users will experience HD intercom quality.

The Outstar S can be paired to a smartphone in order to listen to music, GPS directions, take phone calls and more. Audio Multitasking will allow users to seamlessly stream audio from their phone while still being able to chat with riging partners over Bluetooth intercom without lifting a finger. The Outstar S can also be used with Sena’s Utility App in order to adjust a variety of device settings straight from a smartphone. The Sena Utility App also houses Smart Intercom Pairing, which is an easy way to pair the Outstar S with up to 3 other Bluetooth-enabled Sena devices by scanning a QR code.
