I have been using this helmet for a month now, overall it is very comfortable for everyday use, it has pretty good airflow and it feels and looks good. I would certainly recommend this to a new rider. As for cons, at speeds over 65-70mph the wind noise does start to get a bit oppressive, it can be somewhat mitigated with earplugs however. On long rides over 1-2 hours I do notice, the cheek pads being a little tight and annoying, but that may just be my face shape
