How can I check if an item is in stock?
After selecting the size of the item you wish to purchase, the website will display the note “In Stock - Shipping within 24 hours” for items ready for delivery. Otherwise, the working days required for delivery will be indicated.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the item is not in our warehouse, the estimated shipping date will be shown in the cart before checkout. We will send a shipping confirmation by email as soon as the goods are available.
How can I get information about size selection?
For most products you will find general size information; the size chart is located next to the size list. For more details, it may be helpful to consult the manufacturer’s official website.
How can I make a return?
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, you can request a return directly on the website.
In your MyMotostorm account, select the order you wish to return from the return list: complete the return request and read the return conditions to learn more about the process.
Can I change the size?
You can request the return of one or more products. We will refund you for the returned items after receipt and inspection. In the meantime, you can place a new order for the desired size.
What happens if the size I want is out of stock?
On the product page you can request a notification when the desired size is back in stock.
Is it possible to purchase gift vouchers?
Yes, it is possible.
Is there an item you’re interested in but found at a lower price?
You can request a price check on the product page. Click on “Report it to us,” fill out the form, and wait for the confirmation email of your request.
How can I get a discount code?
For every €200 order, a €20 discount voucher is issued, which can be redeemed on a subsequent order of at least €200. Discount codes can be combined, but always in increments of €200. The code must be entered in the cart at the time of purchase, and any used code is deleted at the end of the checkout process. Alternatively, you can write a review of at least 200 characters about a product you know. The codes do not expire.
How can I place an order?
Orders must be placed online. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout by entering your billing and shipping information, then select your payment method. After payment, you will be directed to a confirmation page where you will see your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?
Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.
