Vest works well but sizing chart way off!

I ordered this vest using Held's sizing chart, and it was 3 sizes too big. I strongly advise being able to try on on before purchase! I still wore the vest under my riding coat though. I did go down off-road going about 20mph (low-side slider) and the vest inflated before i hit the ground and worked flawlessly. I am ordering replacement cartridges now.
