I usually wear 34-36 size jeans, so I bought a 36 sized x-duro pants as it will go on top of the knee protectors and tights. I am 220lbs (100kg) and 175cm (5'9). The 36 was pretty tight on the knees when I bent them (ie. when riding) but they looked great. I had to tighten them slightly high on the boot. Unfortunately I damaged my 36 sized pants and I bought a new one (this time 38) from motostorm. It arrived really fast and in mint condition! The 38 looks very large on me unfortunately, and I wish I had bought another 36. So, one size up is probably enough for most people. Two size up will be too large.
