Spidi 4 Season Jacket Black

Trying to find a jacket that ticked all my boxes and wasn't massively expensive was a task that took months. The 4season fit the bill better than any others I came across. The outer shell is breathable with a water resistant treatment, so an unexpected shower means you won't get wet if you don't take the waterproof liner along with you, or you couldn't be bothered stopping to put it on. The shell isn't waterproof though, water will eventually seep in through the seams and zippers, but in the light rain I've ridden in so far, it hasn't been an issue. I haven't ridden in any rain heavy enough to pull out the waterproof liner, so I can't comment on how effective it is. First impressions are that it should cope fine though. Seeing as it's currently the Australian summer, I haven't used the thermal liner yet. All I can say is that it was bloody hot when I left it in just after the jacket arrived. The ventilation has been excellent though. The panels are large and the arms can ventilate from just above the elbow down to the wrist. I also bought the back protector and haven't found that it heats up my back appreciably. On sizing, the straps make the fit very adjustable. With both liners and the back protector in I need to loosen the straps off a fair way. Probably more if the chest protector is also fitted. I'm a 102cm chest and bought the large, a size up *may* be required for a comfortable fit with both liners, back and chest protector installed. I like the slimmer Euro fit,

A truly 4 season jacket with excellent ventilation. Looking for a jacket that can do every tipe of terrain and that support hot and cold weather. Gorgeous design and excellent material. Ventilation is very good- arms, chest and back. Colour scheme is beautifull.
