The purpose of the Crater 2 WSP gloves is to keep your hands protected against the elements, especially wind. It seems simple, but it is complicated. Simple because the objective is rather direct, but complicated because we use technical materials to make this happen. These gloves are made with GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® technology, this means they offer absolute wind resistance while remaining extremely breathable. They effectively protect against cold winds by providing ideal moisture management and offering improved next-to-skin comfort, improved fit, tactility and dexterity. Plus, we used Polar Fleece to keep the cold at bay. As for protection, the palm is made of abrasion-resistant drum-dyed goatskin, combined with PWR|shell stretch on the back. Plus, these short-cuff gloves feature a ribbed fabric-covered hard knuckle, a Temperfoam® slider palm, and PWR|shield knit for just the right amount of protection.
