These are a great pair of Italian boots! Not a race boot by any means, but great for riding around town. They work well in the wet, being waterproof as well. I do wish they had a bit more protection, and were a little stiffer on the top of toe, where you make contact with the shift lever, hence the 4 stars. These do function well as a casual walking boot, for heading out on the town. So I would say if you are looking for a multi-purpose boot, that you can also ride with, these might be your ticket!
