The most comfortable boots I have worn by far with the grippiest soles for any road surface. Just pull them on and off you go. Your pants can go either over or under the boot. And weatherproof too for all conditions.

I had a pair of SMX-5s before these and decided to upgrade. These are more comfortable, warmer and completely waterproof. Same great Alpinestars quality that you can rely on and at a reasonable price.

I've had a pair of these boots for the last 4-5 years as my cold and wet weather boots. They're very comfortable. Not as comfortable as my Alpinestar Super Tech R's. But very warm and 100% waterproof when ridding in the rain. I have offten ridden for up to 2 hours in constant, bucketing rain and so far fave never had either cold or wet feet. My only complaint would be they can be a bit noisy/sqeeky when walking around. (The noise is caused by the plastic ankle joint/armor parts rubbing on each other.) Other that that they are the best wet weather boots I have found.

I simply love these boots! They are comfortable for all day use (riding and walking), offer decent protection and wear resistance, and actually keep my feet dry! Their fit is pretty true to size: I wear a 12 in most boots and the 47 is perfect for me. Decent width, too!
