Entirely handcrafted in Italy by Officine Italiane Zard, this exhaust system represents the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.
The kit is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a choice of stainless steel or titanium sleeve and carbon end cap, for an elegant and high-performance look. Available in racing or Euro 5 approved versions.
This system guarantees a full-bodied and decisive sound, enhancing the dynamic characteristics of the Tiger Sport 660. The compact design integrates perfectly with the sporty lines of the motorcycle, giving it character and personality.
The complete Zard exhaust allows for a significant improvement in handling thanks to weight reduction: -4.5 kg in the racing version in stainless steel (3.6 kg total weight), -4.4 kg in the approved stainless steel version (3.7 kg), -4.9 kg in the racing version with titanium sleeve (3.2 kg), and -4.8 kg in the approved version with titanium sleeve (3.3 kg). A significant weight saving that improves the feel in the saddle and the riding experience, along with a performance increase of +5.9 HP in the racing version. Installation is simple and requires no structural modifications.
