Adjustable Rear Mono: spring preload, extension, adjustable wheelbase, Red spring for Yamaha Mt-09 2021 onwards.
The adjustable wheelbase is useful when you want to modify the original balance.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Pressurized gas shock absorber (Nitrogen) with floating oil/gas separator piston.
Shock absorber body in steel, Ø 14 mm steel rod with low friction surface treatment and CNC-machined Ergal heads.
ADJUSTMENTS:
Extension: 7 clicks
Spring preload: continuous
Wheelbase: 7 mm
Spring preload: Adjustable via a micrometric ring to adapt the load (rider, passenger, luggage).
Extension: Adjustable via a click ring (up to 7 clicks) to control the shock absorber's rebound.
Variable wheelbase: Allows varying the overall length of the mono (usually up to 10 mm) to modify the bike's setup and cornering entry speed.
Aesthetics: Characterized by the distinctive Bitubo red spring.
