Malossi Multivar 2000 Mhr Next Variator T-max 2022

Multivar MHR Next was born from the desire to renew the transmission system to fully exploit its exceptional technical characteristics. This new variator, developed from many years of experience acquired on racing circuits and from the Cad-Cam technology available today, represents the evolution of previous generations of variators and offers performance results at the highest levels.

The mobile half-pulley is the characterizing component of the entire system and for this reason it is subject to constant evolution. Designed with a larger diameter than the original, it allows to obtain a significantly higher transmission ratio excursion compared to the original pulley. Advanced CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) systems have allowed our technicians to analyze the movements of the entire system in the vehicle during operation, to further optimize the geometry of the pulley and avoid collisions even in the most critical conditions of use. The new reinforcement ribs, developed to lighten the less critical areas, make it possible to reduce inertia and consequently dissipate a smaller quantity of energy coming from the engine. For a high-impact aesthetic result, the MALOSSI and MULTIVAR logos have been subjected to a diamond-cutting process.
