Kit of two front radial brake calipers Brembo Racing ".484" Custom / Cafe Racer CNC P4 32 with 100 mm mounting distance.
This line of calipers was created to meet the aesthetic and performance needs of the Custom world, Cafe Racers, and Modern Classics, offering the power of a racing system combined with a refined design. The name .484 comes from the unit displacement of a single caliper piston measured in cubic inches.
Machined from solid (CNC) using computerized machinery starting from a solid block of aluminum. This process ensures exceptional structural rigidity and millimetric precision even at very high temperatures.
• Kit contents: Right Caliper + Left Caliper
• Construction: In two solid caliper halves joined by 3 internal steel bolts (wheel side)
• Finish: Hard oxidation treatment in anthracite black with large brushed red Brembo logo in relief
• Mounting distance: 100 mm (European Standard)
• Offset: 30 mm
• Number of pistons: 4 per caliper
• Piston diameter: 32 mm (larger than the 30 mm of Stylema and M50, offering an even more vigorous initial bite)
• Brake band height: 32 - 34 mm (suitable for both original discs and Brembo Supersport and T-Drive discs of 5.5 mm)
• Weight: approximately 735 grams per caliper (without pads)
• Pads included: Yes (original sintered compound)
Important notes: ABS Exclusion and Track Use
As expressly highlighted in the official Brembo Racing technical sheets:
NOT compatible with road ABS systems: Being calipers formally intended for "Racing" use or special customizations (often without ABS or with modified systems), the increase in piston volume to 32 mm alters the hydraulic parameters of the circuit. If mounted on motorcycles with active road ABS, the operation of the control unit may be altered or give errors.
Japanese Motorcycles: This specific kit (220B47310) does not fit Japanese motorcycles with a 108 mm mounting distance. For Japanese motorcycles, there is a twin kit with code 220B47320 (108 mm mounting distance and 22.5 mm offset).
The 100mm mounting distance / 30mm offset is the standard for European frames. This caliper was primarily born for Modern Classics and premium Naked bikes, but mechanically it fits on:
