Product information
The BMC FM01125 sport air filter is a high-performance, regenerable cotton component, specially shaped to perfectly fit the factory housing of a specific urban two-wheeler model.
Performance and technical features
The component ensures a significant improvement in engine breathing parameters compared to the original element:
• Increased air flow: the special cotton structure allows for an increase in air passage of about 18.5% compared to conventional paper filters installed as standard.
• Power and efficiency: by minimizing pressure loss in the intake air flow, it optimizes combustion quality, providing a more responsive and smoother throttle response.
• Micrometric retention: the combination of multiple layers of low-viscosity oil-soaked cotton blocks smaller impurities up to a limit of 7 microns, meeting international safety standards for engines.
• "Full Moulding" technology: the molding is done in one piece without fragile glues in the corners. This prevents structural deformations due to heat or stress over time.
• Oxidation protection: the two external aluminum meshes contain the filter fabric and are coated with epoxy resin, shielding the structure from gasoline vapor attacks and atmospheric humidity.
• No workshop modifications: it fits directly into the standard airbox and does not require changes to the original ECU mapping to function optimally.
Compatible motorcycles and year of production
The BMC FM01125 air filter fits the following scooter model:
Honda Forza 125 (NSS 125): produced from the year 2020 onwards (including the latest Euro 5 versions).
