Product information
The BMC FM01032 sport air filter is a regenerable cotton panel filter designed to be inserted directly into the original airbox, increasing the volume of air drawn by the engine.
Performance and Technical Data
• Increased Air Flow: The filter allows for over 40% more air passage compared to traditional paper filters, improving combustion efficiency and ensuring a more responsive throttle.
• Filtration Efficiency of 7 Microns: The multi-layer fabric retains impurities and microscopic foreign bodies up to 7 microns (with a standard efficiency of 97.5% according to ISO 5011 standards), safeguarding the engine's integrity.
• Structural Dimensions: Width of 138 mm and overall length of 323 mm.
• Full Moulding Engineering: It is manufactured through a single flexible polyurethane molding (without glued joints in the corners) to prevent cracking or structural breaks induced by strong vibrations.
• Protective Shielding: The natural cotton weaves are impregnated with a special fluid oil and enclosed between two aluminum alloy meshes treated with epoxy resins, designed to block corrosion caused by air humidity and gasoline vapors.
• No Remapping: Its fluid dynamic characteristics optimize delivery without the need to recalibrate the original electronic control unit or change the carburetion parameters.
Compatible Motorcycles and Production Years
This specific code replaces the original OEM Honda 17210MKJD00 factory component and is intended solely for the golden wing's naked bike:

• Honda CB 1000 R Neo Sports Café / ABS: Compatible from 2018 onwards.
