Introducing the next-generation twin-tube rear shock absorber for adventure bikes that offers significantly increased on-road comfort and off-road performance.

The new Öhlins TTX AR-X 40 shock absorber is also suited to the higher loads and other demands of street and hyper naked bikes.

The TTX AR-X 40 features a 40 mm (diameter) piston with a high-speed exhaust valve that increases comfort and control with ample damping force.

The new shock absorber features an integrated hydraulic preload adjuster that maintains the preferred ride height under increased load and allows riders to increase the preload on the shock absorber by up to 20 mm, while adjusting the seat height by up to 50 mm, depending on the application.
