Bitubo JBHV1 pressurized fork cartridge kit, specifically designed to enhance the front-end performance on recently produced Kawasaki models.
The kit is primarily intended for the following Kawasaki motorcycles (models from 2021 onwards):
Kawasaki ZX-4RR / ZX-4R / SE (2023-2025)
Kawasaki ZX-25R / RR / SE (2021-2024)
These cartridges replace the original internal components without the need for permanent modifications (Plug & Play). They offer complete control over the fork dynamics:
Spring preload: Manually adjustable (approximately 15 mm / 30 clicks).
Compression: Adjustable (20 clicks).
Rebound: Adjustable (20 clicks).
EC System (Easy Changer): Allows quick spring or cartridge changes without fully disassembling the fork from the motorcycle.
Package contents: Includes a pair of specific springs (usually with K=0.750 or 0.800 kg/mm depending on calibration) and assembly instructions.
Recommended oil: The kit is supplied without oil; Bitubo suggests using oil with code 997630 (not included).
Advantages: Significantly improves braking stability and cornering precision, while maintaining high riding comfort even at sustained speeds.
