The Full 3:1 Racing Kit for Yamaha MT-09 is designed and entirely handcrafted in Italy by Officine Italiane Zard, a synonym for artisanal excellence, performance, and exclusive design. This complete exhaust system is created to enhance the sporty character of the MT-09, improving aesthetics, sound, and performance.
The system consists of de-catalyzed AISI 304 stainless steel headers and a silencer with a titanium sleeve and carbon fiber end cap, premium materials chosen to ensure lightness, high-temperature resistance, and maximum reliability over time.
It stands out for a performance improvement of +3.1 HP, ensuring a weight saving of -2 kg compared to the original system. The exhaust generates a more aggressive sound, enhancing the unique tone of the Yamaha CP3 three-cylinder.
Compatible with the original passenger footpegs.
Attention: following the installation of the Zard racing full kit, the motorcycle's electronics in Euro 5 Plus configuration may detect an anomaly in the catalyst causing the cat light to turn on (informative). To prevent this light from activating, ECU remapping is necessary.
Zard offers the dedicated UpMap ECU for this model exclusively in Euro 5+ version, which improves performance and deactivates the light.
