The Bitubo EBH09 fork cartridges are a racing component designed to improve the stability and maneuverability of the bike, offering precise control of front-end oscillations and preventing cavitation phenomena in the internal fluid thanks to the patented FPS (Floating Piston System).
On the top cap, all adjustments are found: spring preload, extension, and compression, which are distinct in the two cartridges, simple and intuitive.
The high damping coefficient, even at very low speeds, controls excessive front-end dive from the very first moments of braking.
Technology: Hydraulic system with Ø27 mm Ergal piston and Ø10 mm pumping rods with anti-friction surface coating.
Adjustments: They feature independent adjustments for compression and extension, easily accessible from the fork top caps, and integrated spring preload adjustment.
Installation: They are designed for a "Plug & Play" installation, without the need for modifications to the original motorcycle components.
Maintenance: The entire kit is serviceable in all its parts to maintain constant efficiency over time.
EC System (Easy Changer): Allows for quick spring replacement and cartridge disassembly without removing the fork from the motorcycle.
LC: This product has a high percentage of special lightweight alloys and weight-optimized parts, aiming to achieve maximum lightness.
FPS: is an acronym that encapsulates the highest expression of effectiveness and rationality of this patented system. This innovative damping system was created to have immediate control of fork oscillations while simultaneously avoiding any cavitation phenomena in the internal fluid. The system is pressurized with low-pressure gas. The cartridges are asymmetrical: one controls the compression phase, while the other controls the extension phase. By placing the compensation chambers alternately at both ends, a very high damping coefficient can be achieved even at very low speeds.
