It is a fundamental component of an exhaust system and thanks to them important gains in power and torque are obtained.
They are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and, in the Competition versions, are also available in titanium alloy.
The Arrow manifold kits are born from the careful work of our R&D department, thanks to the experience and results accumulated on the tracks all over the world. To this fundamental ingredient is added the touch of our "masters" prototypers: diameters, curves, passages, section variations, components, welds and layouts are carefully verified to obtain a high-performance, reliable product with an unmistakable Arrow style.
Depending on the engine and its ignition scheme, the best possible configuration is chosen for grouping the manifolds up to the terminal. We speak therefore of schemes 4:2:1, 4:2:2, 2:1:2, 4:2:1:2, 3:1:1, and so on; It is one of the most important indications to follow when starting to design and build a manifold system. To have a flow of gas as smooth as possible, the joints between the various components of the manifold kits are made with parts machined from solid with numerical control machines. For the same reason, the welds, in addition to being aesthetically perfect, must be not very "invasive" and must not reduce the passage section of exhaust gases.
