This exhaust is made with lightweight titanium for the end cap, silencer bracket, and the outer sleeve of the silencer, while stainless steel is used for the connecting pipe and the internal structure of the silencer. The exhaust also features a carbon fiber heat shield on the connecting pipe that offers protection to riders and equipment.

The surface of the silencer has been further reinforced with a specially designed profile, enhancing its durability and giving it a sporty look, similar to rally-raid bikes. Race-tested materials reduce the weight by 47.4% (2.4 kg) compared to the standard stock exhaust. The exhaust produces a deep and sporty sound from the 799 cc engine. During tests conducted on Akrapovič's in-house dynamometer, performance increases of +0.7 kW (+1.0 HP) at 3,500 rpm in power and +2.4 Nm at 3,500 rpm in torque were recorded compared to the standard system.

The plug-and-play installation requires no remapping. The exhaust is EC/ECE approved and compliant with Euro 5+ regulations. It is compatible with standard cases and finished with an Akrapovič logo sticker on the silencer.

Worth Every Cent

I am very satisfied with the Akrapovič exhaust on my CFMOTO 800MT-X. From the moment it was installed, it was clear that this is a genuinely premium-quality product. The finish is excellent, the materials feel high-end, and the fit is very precise. Nothing needed to be modified or forced into place, and visually it gives the bike a much more refined and serious appearance. The sound is one of its biggest advantages. Compared with the stock exhaust, it is deeper, fuller, and more distinctive, without becoming excessively loud or annoying. At lower RPMs it remains refined, but when you open the throttle, it produces a really satisfying sound that suits the character of a large adventure bike much better. Even on longer rides, I do not find it tiring or intrusive. It is also noticeably lighter than the stock exhaust, which is another major benefit. Besides reducing weight, it also looks much sportier and more premium. The rear of the bike now appears cleaner, and the overall design fits the styling of the 800MT-X extremely well. Overall, I think it is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a better sound, lower weight, premium build quality, and a more attractive appearance. It is not a cheap accessory, but the quality, sound, and overall result make it clear what you are paying for. I am completely satisfied with it and would definitely choose it again.
