I installed the SC10U in my C3Pro. What I really like is that it integrates perfectly into the helmet. The sound volume is loud enough to use with earplugs, and the fidelity is sufficient to enjoy music without obvious distortion. The placement of the microphone is good: out of the way so that you can open and close the helmet without fussing with it, and still get clear voice intercom connections with minimal wind noise. I really like the unit, especially compared to the earlier Sena versions that I had clipped to the side of the helmet. However, I deducted one star for a couple of reasons. First, you need to download software updates from Schuberth rather than Sena. Sena pushes frequent updates, but Schuberth only recently updated to V.2. Frustrating. Also, as my friends update to Sena models 20 and 30, this device falls behind in compatibility. For example, the SC10U is excellent for 2-way communication. But 3- or 4-way is challenging and noisy. Sometimes it fails to disconnect, or gets stuck in a non-receptive mode that requires a reboot. Finally, and this is not so much a criticism as a caution: the SC10U has only two buttons for control, and you must open your visor to use them. So, be sure to buy the RC4 remote control, which of course is an extra cost.
