No issues, shipped quick, was satisfied with the product. The mesh tech was very convenient for riding in larger groups without having to reconnect after someone was out of range. The only difference with the Neo and Edge is the mounting tech and I did not mind that.

These are the best two way communicators I have ever used. Clarity, quality and ease of use make it one of of the best choices on the market. Well worth every penny. I love this product. Highly recommend.

Bought this thing in July and I love it. No need to buy the packtalk edge unless you want a lower profile mounting system, but who cares! Save your money and buy this instead because its the same product with a clip mounting system instead of a magnet mount. My only issue with it is when travelling above 70mph ish my "hey cardo/hey siri" command sometimes doesn't work on windy days unless I yell, but that is my fault for riding in a track helmet so there is more wind noise on the microphone.

I’ve been using the Cardo Packtalk Neo on my helmet for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really impressed for what you pay. First impressions: Right out of the box, it felt solid and well built. Installation was straightforward — I mounted it on my full-face helmet without any drama, and the speakers fit comfortably once adjusted. Sound quality: This is where it really shines. Music and GPS prompts come through loud and clear, even at highway speeds. I was surprised how good the JBL speakers sounded for a motorcycle unit — rich bass, clear highs, and it didn’t distort when I turned it up. Phone calls were also noticeably better than my old Bluetooth headset. Mesh communication: The Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) is genuinely useful. I took it out with a couple of mates, and once everyone was connected, we could chat without cutting in and out. It felt way more reliable than the Bluetooth intercom systems I’ve used before. No awkward pairing mid-ride — it just worked. Battery life: I easily got a full day of riding (~8–10 hours) without worrying about charging. One quick USB-C top-up and it was ready for another day.
