Description
In this model of the PRO tank ring, the tank ring is mounted on a model-specific mounting element. The mounting element is securely screwed onto the motorcycle's tank.
The PRO tank ring perfectly combines the innovative strength of two German companies: the QUICK-LOCK locking mechanism of the SW-MOTECH tank rings, proven and tested for many years, is now even easier to use thanks to the magnetic guidance offered by Fidlock technology. The positioning of the upper ring has been substantially improved: the sliding upper ring is already mounted on the tank bag via a sliding guide and requires no drilling.
This upper ring can therefore be individually aligned on the sliding guide at the bottom of the tank bag. Once in position, simply screw it in securely. To transfer it to another motorcycle, just adjust its position accordingly.
The magnetic guide, developed by Fidlock, complements the already perfected QUICK-LOCK mechanical attachment system by SW-MOTECH: the magnets guide the upper ring to position it appropriately on the tank ring, which finally locks securely in place. Thus, the power of the magnets assists in properly positioning the tank bag. A simple gesture is enough to attach and detach the tank bag easily and securely.
The mechanical locking mechanism secures the tank bag, and the magnets join the two parts of the ring. The robust structure in fiberglass-reinforced plastic, with a high-precision interlocking geometry, ensures that the tank bag remains securely in place under any road conditions.
The patented PRO tank ring fits the filler neck of the individual motorcycle model's tank. This ensures the best possible positioning on the tank.
