Returns and Size Exchanges

Method

If the size of the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving the order.

• Access the return list from your account CLICK HERE
• Select the order for which you are requesting a return.
• Choose the items to return and submit the form.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, labels, protections, and films intact. Therefore, returns will not be accepted for products without their original packaging, that have been used, or are damaged due to incorrect assembly against the product specifications.
Size exchange requests are only allowed for products eligible for free shipping.

Italy

Go to your order list and complete the return form. Within a few days, a courier assigned by us will collect the item at your shipping address or at a new address you provide. Once we receive the item and verify that it was not damaged other than during shipping, the refund will be issued to the specified bank account.

International Orders

For the countries listed below, returns can be made using our courier service at a cost of 10 euros, which will be deducted from your refund.

Other countries

The conditions remain the same, but the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and all costs associated with the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.
